Membership Commitment Terms
- Cancelling before your commitment ends will incur a one-time $129 early termination fee.
Late & No Show Policy
To help maintain fair access to classes and allow coaches to plan effectively, all members are required to follow the class cancellation policy outlined below. A $20 fee will be applied for Unlimited Memberships and 1 session will be deducted for class pack holders:
- Late cancellations
- No-shows
A late cancellation is defined as cancelling a booked class within 2 hours of the scheduled start time.
Cancellation Window
- Members may cancel a class more than 2 hours before class start time without penalty.
- Cancellations made within the 2-hour window will be considered late cancellations and will incur the applicable fee.
Waitlist Policy
If you are moved from the waitlist into a class within the cancellation window, it is your responsibility to remove yourself if you cannot attend. Otherwise, it counts as a late cancel.
Open Gym Policy
- Open Gym is available only to active monthly members.
- Class Packs and Drop-Ins do not include Open Gym.
- Open Gym cannot interfere with ongoing classes.
Clean-Up Expectations
- Clean and return all equipment immediately after use.
- Leaving equipment out disrupts the flow of classes and creates safety issues.
Code of Conduct – Respect & Community Standards
At Resilience, we expect all members to treat each other and our staff with respect. Our gym is a community — and we want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and motivated every time they walk through the door.
- Support one another and cheer each other on.
- Encourage each other — we lift each other up.
- Be mindful of personal space and equipment sharing.
Zero Tolerance for Aggressive Behaviour
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal or physical aggression
- Harassment or intimidation
- Bullying or disrespectful language
- Hostile body language or confrontational behavior
Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe may result in immediate suspension or removal.
Conflict Resolution
If something comes up, speak with a coach or staff member privately. We'll always address concerns promptly and professionally.
Our Commitment
We're here to maintain a safe, supportive, high-energy environment where everyone can grow as athletes and individuals.
Children in the Facility
We love the family atmosphere — kids are welcome when supervised.
Children must:
- Stay seated and calm on the sidelines
- Remain with a parent/guardian at all times
- Not run, climb on equipment, or enter the workout floor
If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe, you may be asked to pause or end your workout for the safety of everyone.
