Cara is the heart and soul of Resilience. With an unwavering commitment to the community, she plays a central role in making sure every member feels supported, welcomed, and taken care of from day one.

Coach Lanny is a former competitive ice hockey player with a proven background in strength and conditioning training. His coaching emphasizes helping members develop both the physical performance they want, and the mental resilience to attain it.
Coach Robbie is a certified personal trainer (NASM) and a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Professional at Mill Run Golf Club. A graduate of Bryan College's Health and Fitness program with honours, he combines expertise in golf-specific training with a background in bodybuilding, including a 1st place finish in his weight class at the 2015 Ontario championships.

With a background in boxing, long-distance running, and current training for Spartan and Tough Mudder–style events, Vlad is deeply passionate about functional fitness that carries over into real life.
